Regarding the New Syllabus Exam Pattern of this post, this SSC exam will be held in 2 sessions, both papers will be held on the same day.

You will be given 45-45 minutes for both sessions. The second session will start immediately after the first session ends.

To pass this exam, minimum qualifying marks have been fixed for the candidates in Session-I and Session-II as per their category.

According to this, SSC MTS Minimum Passing Marks in both papers are 30% for the General (UR) category, 25% for Other Backward Classes (OBC) and EWS, and 20% for all other categories including SC, ST, and PWD.

SSC MTS Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2024

To clear the SSC MTS Exam, candidates will first have to understand the syllabus and exam pattern released by the commission.

SSC MTS Havaldar Exam Pattern

The computer-based exam will be conducted in two sessions. Both the sessions will be held on the same day, it is mandatory for the candidates to appear in both the sessions.

In this you will be given 45 minutes to complete Session-I, on completion of 45 minutes, Session-I will automatically close. After Session-I, Session-II will start.

This paper will also be of 45 minutes and immediately after the completion of 45 minutes, Session-II will also end.

SSC Havaldar MTS Session 1 Exam Pattern

Exam Type: All the questions in the preliminary exam of SSC MTS Havildar will be objective type.

Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted online via computer mode (CBT).

Duration: 45 Minutes.

Questions: The first session paper of this exam will have 40 questions.

Marks: The first paper will be of a total of 120 marks. In which 3 marks will be given for each correct answer.

Paper Language: All questions in the first paper will be in Hindi and English, you can select the language as per your choice.

Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking for wrong answers in Session 1st.

Passing Marks: To pass the first paper, General category candidates need to score 30%, EWS and OBC need to score 25% and all other categories need to score 20% marks.

SSC MTS Havaldar Session 2 Exam Pattern

Exam Type: All questions in the main exam will be objective type.

Exam Mode: Online computer-based (CBT).

Duration: 45 minutes.

Questions: The Second Session paper of this exam will be of 50 questions, out of which section 1 will include 25 questions on General Awareness and section 2 will include 25 questions on English language and comprehension.

Marks: The first paper will be of a total of 150 marks.

Paper Language: All questions in the second session will be in both Hindi and English languages.

Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.

Passing Marks: To pass both the first and second papers, General category candidates need to score a minimum of 30%, EWS and OBC 25% and all other categories need to score a minimum of 20% marks.
